- 125 g margarine
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs

- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 62 g margarine
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 2 1/2 tbsp buttermilk
- 226.8 g icing sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
Method

Sift together sugar and flour, mix in mixer.

Bring margarine, oil, cocoa, and water to the boil. Pour into the sugar and flour mixture.

Whisk eggs, vanilla essence, and buttermilk lightly with a fork, adding bicarbonate of soda last.

Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture.

Pour into buttered dish (15x10).
