- 1 kg pork hocks
- 500 ml water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 cup vegetables (optional)
Method

Rinse the pork hocks under cold water and place them in a large pot.

Add 500 ml of water, salt, and black pepper to the pot. Bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for about 2-3 hours until the meat is tender and falling off the bone.

Once cooked, remove the pork hocks and let them cool slightly. Strain the broth into a bowl.

Shred the meat from the bones and combine it with any optional vegetables and vinegar in a mixing bowl.

Pour the strained broth over the meat mixture and stir well. Pour into a mold or dish.

Refrigerate for several hours or overnight until set.
