Indulge in the sweet, chocolatey goodness of Tim Tam Slice, a no-bake treat that combines rich cream cheese, crunchy biscuits, and a coconut finish. Perfect for afternoon tea or as a delightful dessert at your next gathering.

Ingredients

  • 250 g Tim Tam biscuits
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method

  1. 1

Crush the Tim Tam biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and rolling them with a rolling pin.

  2. 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Tim Tam crumbs, softened cream cheese, melted butter, and honey. Mix until well combined.

  3. 3

Press the mixture evenly into the base of a lined square baking pan (approximately 8x8 inches or 20x20 cm).

  4. 4

Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water (double boiler) or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  5. 5

Pour the melted chocolate over the pressed biscuit layer and spread it evenly using a spatula.

  6. 6

Sprinkle the desiccated coconut evenly over the melted chocolate layer, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

  7. 7

Once set, cut into squares or bars and serve. Enjoy your delicious Tim Tam Slice!
