- 200 g beef brisket
- 1 cup pickled cucumbers
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 litre beef broth
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- for garnish fresh dill
