Ingredients

  • 300 g smoked sausage
  • 200 g beef brisket
  • 1 cup pickled cucumbers
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 litre beef broth
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • for garnish fresh dill

Method

    Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

    Add minced garlic, smoked sausage, and beef brisket to the pot. Cook until the meat is browned.
