  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 skewers wooden or metal skewers

Method

    In a bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
