Ingredients

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 cup water
  • 200 grams shrimp
  • 200 grams white fish
  • 100 grams mussels
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste seasoning

Method

    In a medium bowl, combine couscous with boiling water and a pinch of salt. Cover and let it sit for about 5 minutes to absorb the water.
