Savor the bold flavors of homemade sausages, infused with garlic, ginger, and coriander. Perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner or a weekend barbecue, these hearty bites will elevate any meal.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Method

  1. 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, crushed coriander seeds, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped parsley.

  2. 2

Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. You can use your hands or a spoon.

  3. 3

Shape the mixture into small sausages, about 10 cm long and 2 cm thick.

  4. 4

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

  5. 5

Place the sausages in the pan and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.

  6. 6

Remove the sausages from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

  7. 7

Serve the sausages hot with your choice of ugali, vegetables, or a fresh salad.
