Ingredients

  • 4 peeled potatoes
  • oil
  • seasoning

Method

    Cut the peeled potatoes in half, lengthwise.

    Make little cuts in the potatoes all the way along the top.

  3. 3

    Boil the cut potatoes in water until they are just tender.

  4. 4

    Place the potatoes in the roasting pan with the meat or in their own pan.

  5. 5

    Baste them with oil.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle salt on top and place them in a hot oven. They should brown within 30 min.

Notes

Usually one potato per person.
