- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 bacon, cut in strips
- sliced carrots
- potatoes
- mushrooms
- 1 kg beef, cubed
- 2 tbsp crushed garlic
- pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cloves
- 250 ml beer
- 1 pkt onion soup
Method

Heat pot, add oil.

Fry onion, pepper, and bacon, then remove from pot.

Brown meat. Add onions, pepper, bacon, garlic, bay leaf, cloves, pepper, beer.

Close pot and put on lowest heat, cook for 2 hours.

Add soup mixed with 500ml boiling water, cook for 1 hour.

Add sliced carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, cook for half an hour.
