- 200 grams yellow Hokkien noodles
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 100 grams shrimp
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 egg egg
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 50 grams bean sprouts
- 2 stalks spring onions
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Method

Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.

Push shrimp to one side of the pan and pour in the beaten egg, scrambling it briefly.
