- 1 cup palm oil
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tablespoons ground crayfish
- 1 cup smoked fish
- 3 tablespoons ground pepper
- 1 cup coconut milk

In a large pot, heat the palm oil over medium heat until it is hot but not smoking.

Add the chopped onions and sauté until they are translucent.

Stir in the ground pepper and ground crayfish, cooking for about 2-3 minutes to release their flavors.

Add the shredded smoked fish (if using) and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
