IngredientsWhat you need
- 1 cup green grams (mung beans)
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Method
- 1
Rinse the soaked green grams under cold water and drain well.

In a pot, boil 2 cups of water. Once boiling, add the rinsed green grams.

Once the green grams are cooked and tender, drain any excess water and add them to the pan with sautéed cumin seeds.

- 7
Serve hot as a side dish or enjoy on its own.
