  • 1 kg goat meat
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 large potatoes
