Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
