  • 500 grams fresh fish (tilapia or snapper)
  • 2 tablespoons red palm oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 cup vegetable broth or water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
