  • 500 grams white fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh coriander
