- 500 g black beans
- 200 g pork shoulder
- 200 g smoked sausage
- 150 g chorizo sausage
- 100 g bacon
- 1 large onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 l water
- 2 laurel leaves bay leaves
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Method

In a large pot, combine the soaked black beans and water, and bring to a boil.

Add the pork shoulder, bacon, smoked sausage, and chorizo to the pot.

In a separate pan, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until soft, then add them to the pot.

Add the bay leaves, black pepper, and salt to the pot and stir well.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for about 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Remove the bay leaves before serving and adjust seasoning if necessary.
