  • 2 medium eggplants
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
