Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chorizo sausages
  • 4 pieces crusty bread rolls
  • 1 cup chimichurri sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste grams salt
  • to taste grams black pepper
  • to taste grams fresh parsley

Method

    Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
