Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 cup tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
