This vibrant broccoli salad combines crisp florets, sweet grapes, and crunchy cashews, all brought together with a tangy mayo dressing. Ideal for a refreshing side dish at summer picnics or casual weeknight dinners.

- 1 kg fresh broccoli
- 2 cups white grapes
- 125 g streaky bacon
- 100 g peri-peri or salted cashews
- 250 ml mayonnaise
- 100 ml balsamic vinegar
- 15 ml soft brown sugar
- salt and pepper

Rinse broccoli and chop roughly into smaller pieces.

Fry bacon until crisp and finely chop.

Roughly chop cashews.

Combine mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
