What you need
- 3 cup flour
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 125 ml warm water
Method

Sift flour and salt together.

Mix yeast with sugar in warm water and leave for 5 minutes.

Add yeast mixture to flour and mix slowly.

Knead for 5-6 minutes until a dough forms.

Cover and allow to rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.

Divide dough into 8 round cakes.

Flatten each cake until 2 cm thick and cover again.

Place bread in the oven.
Notes
Allow dough to rise until it doubles in size.
