Indulge in a delightful Toblerone treat that combines rich chocolate with crunchy mixed nuts and sweet dried fruits. Perfect for a cozy gathering or a special dessert to impress your guests.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams Toblerone chocolate (any variety)
  • 50 grams dark chocolate
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 1 cup dried fruits
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Method

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

    In a heatproof bowl, melt the Toblerone chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave until smooth. Stir occasionally.

    Once melted, remove from heat and mix in the chopped nuts and dried fruits until evenly coated.

    Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking tray and spread it out evenly with a spatula.

    If using, melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it over the top of the Toblerone mixture.

    Sprinkle the sea salt over the top for an added flavor dimension.

    Place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the chocolate to set.
