Savor the comforting taste of Raggmunk, a traditional Swedish potato pancake, perfectly crisped and served with sweet lingonberry jam. Ideal for a cozy brunch or a delightful weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups potatoes, grated
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup lingonberry jam

    Peel and grate the potatoes using a box grater or food processor.

    In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, flour, milk, egg, and salt. Mix until well combined.
