Indulge in the festive delight of Peppermint Crisp, a luscious dessert layered with creamy custard, crunchy Tennis biscuits, and rich chocolate. Perfect for holiday gatherings or a cozy family treat any time of year.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup custard
  • 1 cup Tennis biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Method

    In a mixing bowl, combine the cream and condensed milk. Whisk until well blended and smooth.

    In a separate bowl, prepare the custard according to package instructions and let it cool slightly.

    Crush the Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars and Tennis biscuits separately.

    In a large serving dish, layer half of the crushed Tennis biscuits at the bottom.
