- 200 grams salt
- 1 tablespoon dill seeds
- 1 bunch fresh dill
- 1 kilogram live crayfish

Fill a large pot with 2 liters of water and add 200 grams of salt.

Bring the salted water to a boil over high heat.

Once boiling, add 1 tablespoon of dill seeds and the bunch of fresh dill to the pot.

Carefully add 1 kilogram of live crayfish to the boiling water and cover the pot.

Boil the crayfish for 8-10 minutes until they turn bright red.

Remove the pot from heat and let the crayfish sit covered for an additional 10 minutes.

Gently drain the crayfish and let them cool slightly before serving.
