Indulge in this creamy Hot Artichoke Dip, blending rich cream cheese, tangy Parmesan, and gooey Mozzarella for a delightful appetizer. Perfect for game nights or cozy gatherings with friends.
IngredientsWhat you need
- 1 block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2-4 spring onions, chopped
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- A few drops Worcestershire Sauce
- To taste salt and pepper
Method

Preheat your oven to about 180°C – 200°C.

In a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese with a hand held electric beater until smooth and creamy.

Then add in the mayonnaise and beat until all combined and smooth.

Add the remaining ingredients and stir together until well mixed.

Transfer this mixture into a pie dish or a shallow baking dish.

Bake in the oven for 30 – 40 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbling.

Place in the middle of a board with a selection of sliced French loaf, crackers, tortilla chips or fresh vegetables and serve.
