  • 4 pieces Cheese Kransky sausages
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup bell peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • to taste salt and pepper seasoning
