Ingredients

  • 1 kg beef shank
  • 2 liters water
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

    In a large pot, add the beef shank and cover it with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
