No-Roll Pie Crust
What you need
- 115 g Margarine
- 125 ml Castor Sugar
- 1 Beaten Egg
- 500 ml Self Raising Flour
Method

Cream margarine and castor sugar and add egg.

Sift in the flour and blend.

Divide dough into two equal portions.

Gently press one portion into a deep 20cm (8in) greased pie plate.
Filling
What you need
- 125 ml Sugar
- 385 g Tinned Pie Apples
Method

Add pie apples and sprinkle with sugar.

Crumble remaining dough over the top of the pie.

Bake in a moderate oven for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.

Before baking, sprinkle additional sugar over the pie for a crispy topping.
